This notice describes how the personal data of website visitors and contact-form users is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is:

2. Data collected and purposes

Through the contact form on this website we collect the following personal data: name, email address, subject and message text. This data is used exclusively to respond to assistance and information requests submitted by users.

The system also records, in a technical log, the IP address and timestamp of each submission, both as evidence of the consent given and for security purposes (spam prevention and abuse mitigation via rate-limiting).

3. Legal basis

Processing of the data submitted through the contact form is based on the data subject's consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the mandatory checkbox before submission.

Processing of the technical log (IP and timestamp) for anti-spam purposes is instead based on the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the service (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. reCAPTCHA and Google

To protect the contact form from automated and abusive submissions, this website uses the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service. Using this service involves sharing certain data (including the IP address) with Google LLC, which processes it according to its own terms.

For more information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

5. Cookies

This website does not use profiling or marketing cookies. Only technical cookies and technologies strictly necessary for the site to function are used.

The Google reCAPTCHA service described above may set its own technical Google cookies required for it to function.

The site does not use any third-party analytics or profiling tools.

6. Data retention

Data submitted through the contact form and related email communications are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations, and in any case for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact. The anti-spam technical log (IP address and timestamp) is kept for no longer than 12 months, proportionate to its security purpose only.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time: access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, as provided by articles 15-21 of the GDPR.

To exercise these rights, please write to: assistenza@telecolor2001.it.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time to reflect regulatory changes or changes to the services offered by the website. Last updated: 17 July 2026.
